A Construction Drawing Set is the complete PDF drawing package developed for construction of the design and includes: • Cover and project information • Foundation plan • Floor plan(s) • Roof plan • Exterior elevations • Building sections • Interior cabinetry and casework elevations • Reflected ceiling plan • Electrical plan(s) • Plumbing layout plan (as needed) • Applicable dimensions, notes, schedules, and construction details This is the most complete drawing package offered and is intended to provide the information necessary to construct the design, subject to applicable local requirements and required engineering.

A CAD File is an editable digital drawing file provided with the PDF Construction Drawing Set for use by builders, engineers, designers, or other project professionals. The CAD file is provided for project coordination and does not replace the applicable PDF drawing set. It may not contain all notes, annotations, details, schedules, or other information shown on the published PDF drawings. CAD files are licensed for use only with the purchased design and project and may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used to create additional projects or derivative designs without written authorization from T Draft.

A BIM File is a digital copy of the Building Information Model used by T Draft in the development of the design and drawings. The file is provided in its current project state for use by qualified design, construction, or engineering professionals. It is provided with the PDF Construction Drawing Set for use by builders, engineers, designers, or other project professionals The BIM file is provided as a supplemental project resource and does not replace the applicable PDF Construction Drawing Set. Model content, families, parameters, views, schedules, annotations, and other information may vary from the published PDF drawings. The BIM option includes the applicable CAD export. File purchase does not include modifications, model cleanup, technical support, software compatibility, or future updates unless separately contracted. The BIM file is licensed for use only with the purchased design and project and may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used to create additional projects or derivative designs without written authorization from T Draft.
